All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Despatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantee or representations made as to delivery times may be subject to delays outside of our control for which we cannot be held responsible for.
Refunds, Cancellations and Returns
You must notify us within seven working days of delivery if you are unhappy with your product. We will endeavour to help you find the right solution to proceed.
If the goods arrive damaged in transit or is anyway faulty, we will arrange collection, and replace or refund your payment.
If you have simply ordered the wrong item we will happily issue a refund for the goods when posted back but please note postage will be covered by yourselves. When returning by post, we strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for a lost delivery to us.

Delivery Information
The delivery price is confirmed once you put your items in the basket.
We aim to make delivery within 1- 5 business days after you place the order. We do manufacture all of our goods and sometimes items do go out of stock between the time your order is placed and the time it is processed. If a delay is to be greater than 7 days, you will receive an email notifying you of the delay.
All personalised orders may take a little more time ,we suggest 3 - 10 days for your item to be delivered. Most times, customers are pleased their personalised items arrive promptly and under the time quoted. If you ball order has a deadline, do send us an email to let us know and we will endeavour to meet it.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class service for smaller parcels and UK Next Day delivery service for larger items.

A bit of History. A Rubber Products Maker (includes TENNIS AND SQUASH BALLS) before World War 2 when
ball making ceased . War work taking over. 1947 saw J Price developing antivibration units (PD mounts)for the Admiralty (Navy),(MOD), for ships
engines,compressors and generators.
These rubber units are still produced by us, and other manufacturers. Used throughout NATO and by ship builders,machine makers and others.
